Dave Nicholls. Dave's funeral will take place at Hemington Church on Monday 6th February at 2.00pm. Afterwards all are welcome at Radstock Working Men's Club. Dave requested casual dress and darts shirts welcome. For those unable to make the funeral there will be a celebration of his life at the Railway Inn, Radstock on Friday 10th February at 7.00pm.

Mid-season meeting, result and Divisional Singles. Thanks to everyone for attending the meeting last night. Everything went very smoothly! The draws for the singles, pairs and knockout/subsidiary took place and are now available on the relevant page.
The Divisional Singles takes place this week (see below for venues). Kate Dando has offered to run D1, Dave (Scotty) Kemp will be running D2 and Phil Jones will run D2. Its £2 to play and please be there as soon after 8pm as possible as the draw will be at 8.30pm sharp.
The result of the game between The Waldegrave B and Purnells A has also been added to D2.

Fixtures etc. We delivered out fixtures, rules, signing-on forms and a top-up of cards to every venue last night, with the exception of the Winterfield which was unfortunately shut when we passed. I will do them tonight. So you should find them on your notice boards or behind the bar! Good luck for the new season and I hope you all have a great time!

Winter fixtures. The proposed fixtures for the winter season are now up on the 'division' pages. These won't need to go to print for a few days yet so take a look over them and make sure you can't see any mistakes! Also have a look at the layout of the 'events' and if you can see any particular problems let me know asap. Once everything is in place hard copies will go out with rules, cards and signing on forms.

Finals Night round-up. Thanks to everyone for attending finals night. It was a great night with some fantastic darts thrown in every game. Full results are now on the history page with pictures (just click on a name). As usual I have bigger versions of these if anyone would like a better copy.
There are a number of people to acknowledge so big thanks to go to Ade and Jan for hosting, Carole for running the draw, anyone who shouted or marked and Lisa who took all the photos.
Also many thanks to Paul Hicks who took the trouble to come and present the trophies. I'm sure you will agree it added something special to the night.
I will now be starting work on the fixtures for the Winter season and they should be up soon.
